ArthurMan, if that was you that posted that message earlier, which I assume it was, let me ask you some questions. Why did you send us those briefcases? Why didn't you just come to us with the information that you had? What's with all this cryptic, mystery man bullshit?
Yeah, I got your note and yeah, I've opened the briefcase. Why did you want me to have a copy of Emily's mother's autopsy report, exactly? Why did you send me a copy of my father's will? Why did you send me Dicky's parent's marriage certificate? And why were Harrison's parents left out?
As for why I haven't uploaded a message in a while, I'm sure you know damn well why I haven't!
Dicky, Emily, Harrison: if you're still alive, free and able to read this, I want you to know that I escaped from the people that tried to kidnap me shortly after Dicky's last message. I've sent my girlfriend to stay with her father, who's a police officer, and I've gone into hiding. I can't tell you where I am, for obvious reasons, but I can tell you that I don't think I was followed. In my haste to get away from the people after me (the nightmare people, if that's what we're going to call them), I left behind both the notepads and my laptop, so I won't be able to finish transcribing them.
I'll bet ArthurMan has transcribed them anyway. Perhaps, he'll upload them? Although, I fucking doubt it. That man seems to enjoy being cryptic and, although he did warn me in advance about the kidnap attempt (the note that he put in my pocket when he jumped me in Emily's garden wasn't cryptic at all), I don't trust him in the slightest.
I hope that you're all safe and I hope that you'll contact me as soon as possible. Use this account to send messages from now on, I left my phone behind when I escaped and I'm too afraid to go into a public area to buy a new one. These people that are chasing us are well connected, government agents if I had to guess.
I'm going to lay low until I hear from one of you.
I hope you're all safe.
