Joe dropped me off in Bracknell this morning. Downshire Way is a long stretch of road between two busy roundabouts. Spray painted on the traffic island on the junction to Old Bracknell lane, I found the symbol from Harrison’s father’s diary. It was easy to tell which house I was supposed to be looking for.

The first house I came across on Old Bracknell Lane was surrounded by a six foot wooden fence. On this fence someone had spray painted the words: “Welcome to the circle”.

I took a picture of both the symbol and the words with the intention of uploading them here but my camera-phone is now missing. You see, the moment I was about to enter the house, via the back gate, I was hit around the back of the head.

I woke up this afternoon in a room that I don’t recognise. The door is locked but whomever has put me in here has provided me with a computer. According to this PC it’s 12.24, so I was only unconscious for a couple of hours.

Was it you, ArthurMan? Have you put me in here? I’ll bet it is you. I see now that “MAP” was nothing more than a list of convenient locations to abduct me from. A quiet churchyard in Callantsoog, a small lane in Bracknell, a small town in Ireland, a quiet back road in the States. That’s right, I’ve checked your locations on Google Maps. Why didn’t you grab me in Callantsoog? Because Joe was with me?

What now, Dr Manford?

Why give me a computer? Why allow me to access the internet, knowing that I’ll immediately go to this blog?

What is it that you want from me?

I'm coming in.
