I’m pretty certain that ArthurMan didn’t post the video. For
one, Gloria and William check in on me every couple of hours to make sure that
my medication is working and, for two, the only computer in the house is in the
living room – which is where Emily spends all of her time.
Regardless of who posted the video, its contents are pretty
easy to decipher:
This is the tunnel at the south end of the village. Beyond it
there are a bunch of country lanes, one of which leads to...
...my father’s old office, just outside of town.
Those two parts of the video were recorded by me in July
last year. It was during the time when we all believed that in order to ward off
the Nightmare People we needed to film our every move. I went to my father’s office
to see if anyone else had set up shop there, which, judging from the signs in
the windows, they had.
Around the side of the building, which is now blocked by the
green fence that the video prompts us to jump over, there used to be an iron
statue of a horse. Under a stone surrounding that, my father used to hide the
keys to the office.
I don’t know about the black and white footage at the end of
the video, but there’s a good chance that the “he”, who is apparently “waiting”,
is the same “he” that had been watching me.
We believe that this... person... is the leader of the
Nightmare People.
Anyway, we’ve decided - Emily, William, Gloria and I – that there’s
a good chance that this video is a trap and that if, say, William and I were to
go to the my father’s old office and jump the fence, the Nightmare People would
take us hostage and then offer to trade us for Frankie.
We’re going to ignore the video and continue as planned.
