I've spent all afternoon and evening searching this house and its grounds and I've made several discoveries. First of all, at the back of the garden, behind an old shed, there are four freshly dug graves, each with homemade, unmarked, wooden crosses. I think it's safe to assume that if you were to exhume the bodies in those graves, they would be the bodies of David, Charlie, William and Gloria.
In the shed itself, there are several things that I find odd. Boxes and boxes of silver cutlery, three shotguns, an old rusty safe with the words "People Just Suck" carved into the front of it and what looks like an old dentist's chair. The shed is full of cobwebs and dust – I don't think Emily and the rest of them even looked in there.
What I found in the house, however, was far more interesting. Searching though the dining room for clues, I emptied the bookcase and found a red button hidden behind a panel – just like at the beach house. When I pressed the button, it did exactly what I thought it would and opened a trapdoor under the rug in the living room.
The underground hideout in this house is almost identical to that in my father's old beach house. Three rooms; a control room/sleeping quarters, a room full of filing cabinets and a padded cell. The door to this padded cell, however, has been ripped off of its hinges and lays on the floor just at the bottom of the stairway. I tried to lift it, but it's too heavy. Whatever push or pulled this door off must have been incredibly strong.
The filing cabinets have been emptied out. I did, however, find one of the files on the floor in the control room. This is what it said:
BPS File : 194.207
Subject : Cobb, Kevin
Tier : 3
P.U.P : 625 East 91st Street, New York, New York, US
Current Location : In House
Variant : IC4499d
Status: Stable and ready for Operation Red Fox.
Additional Notes: Cobb has a 89.67% success rate. He is currently in Ward G although Doctor Manford is certain that he will be moved to the Ward B in the next few months.
As you can see, this file is different to the files at the beach house which were all labelled "LDP file".
I think I'll sleep down here tonight, just to be on the safe side. I'll go over to Harrison's father's house in the morning.
